Review on Double Edge Personna PR-BP9010 Razor by Gail Rogers

These blades were a little more aggressive than the Gillette 7 O'clock Black and Astra Platinum blades in the same Gillette Super Speed TTO razors, in my opinion. I can shave for weeks without a scratch, but the first time I shave with Personnas I cut myself three times. Since my preparation was adequate and the technique was the same, I conclude that this is not the best choice - for me. All wet razors know that there are many variables in the pursuit of the legendary perfect shave, and that these variables affect different skin types and beard quality in different ways. So for my sensitive skin and not a thick beard these blades are inferior to Gillettes and Astras. I would rank them just below the Wilkinson Swords in terms of aggressiveness. YMMV as mentioned, but for those with my beard and skin type, you might want to skip Personna, especially if you shave daily.
