If I saw this in a store I would go for the cost. The quality is not as good as advertised. The collar is less than 1 inch thick where it does not overlap. The quick release buckle is made out of cheap thin plastic. In my opinion the D-ring is the heaviest and probably the most durable part of the entire collar. With a D-ring this strong, you would think the collar would withstand heavy use. The large size fits snugly around my Rottweiler's neck, but since he's so strong I don't expect the flimsy plastic buckle to last long before it breaks. As I said I would have turned it down had I seen it for the price before buying it and wouldn't recommend it.
