I bought this wheeled backpack for my 8th grade son to carry books to school group meetings. After reading some reviews stating that the backpack wouldn't stand up after items were put inside, we still decided the size and looks were good enough to solve the balance issue. However, after the first use, my son decided it wasn't worth the hassle and we bought it without the USB charging port. After the new one arrived he fiddled with this bag and found that there are two things at the bottom of the hard plastic that need to snap into place to keep the bag balanced with the items inside. We now have two good, roomy backpacks. I only gave 4 stars for durability because he literally only used it once so I have no idea how durable it will be in the long run. It feels pretty solid now that everything is positioned correctly underneath.
