Overall this is just bad design. The tray keeps getting stuck and doing what is already a meticulous procedure of tipping poop and pee without getting it on itself and then jerking up and up trying to get the plastic out everywhere. The tray and block are just cheap cheaply made plastic so it just doesn't line up or comes out very easily. Also, our bunny's urine gets stuck in the corners along with his poop. Not sure if the people who do this have ever had rabbits? But they poop and pee in the corners. Also known as where the design is terrible / doesn't let things get through. I wish the company could make one this size/big, but it actually turned out well next time. I would not recommend that.
