Good configuration, good customer service, poor cooling.

I'm a bit addicted to PC. I've always enjoyed building my own computers. Unfortunately, I was forced to buy a ready-made computer due to the lack of a graphics card. This was the best configuration I could find for the price. When I bought this computer I believe it was $2600. The price is currently $3200.00 which I wouldn't pay for this spec. I've had my computer for about a month now. what do i think about it I like the aesthetics of the case. This is a very nice small form factor case. It seems to have good airflow with 4 120mm case fans and then venting through the side panel using the GPU. However, I'm giving this review 3 stars because while it works and works out of the box, I've encountered a few issues.1. It comes with a loose screw that rattles around the computer. I'm pretty sure someone used the wrong screw to screw in the graphics card holder and it also came loose during shipping. 2. Wrong choice of cooling solution. They're trying to cool the current-gen Ryzen 9 5900X with a single 120mm radiator. Can it be done? Something like. My thermals hit 91c while playing CPU intensive games. I was too hot. The processor's idle temperature was around 59-60ยฐC, but when you put it under load, the cooler just gets overwhelmed. I understand that the 91c is technically "safe" and you won't experience thermal throttling, but it's still very hot and for a computer at this price point. There's no point in using a 120mm radiator when a 240mm radiator isn't much more expensive.3. The AIO cooler did NOT have enough thermal paste on the cooling plate. I discovered this when I replaced the cooler that came with my computer with a Corsairs H100i. Check out the photos and decide for yourself. Now that I have a new cooler, the CPU stays nice and cool. Usually somewhere in the mid 60's when playing. But even if this is a possible solution, if you are going to install your own cooler, would I recommend buying this computer? Absolutely not. A small form factor chassis that packs a lot of power into a small size (which is pretty cool). It is NOT easy to work. In order to install the new cooler, I had to remove almost all parts from the housing. Including motherboard. This is the solution for me, but had I known I would have to do this when purchasing this computer I would have chosen a different model. It's also worth noting that the motherboard has two M.2 slots. One in front and one behind. It also (unfortunately) only has two DIMM slots, so you can only have two sticks of RAM. To be honest, you won't need more than 16GB of RAM for most gaming PCs though. This system comes with 64GB, so it's unlikely you'll ever need to upgrade to 128GB, but it's worth noting that there's no such option. Although I really like the computer now, I can't give it 5 stars. boxing Honestly, if I didn't have the opportunity to change the radiator, I would return it. Maybe I'm just picky. You can be the judge, I just want to share my experience. CUK's customer service is excellent, I was able to communicate with them easily via email and phone, with very little wait time, and I was always able to reach someone who was willing to help me resolve any issues.
