I was very skeptical about this product because of its 3 star reviews and almost no related videos or sources. I opened it and it didn't support my keyboards. I'm not sure if this is a product or if my keyboards are faulty. Update: I've been trying to get this to work with my only keyboards (mac keyboard and gaming keyboard) for weeks and have completely given up. A few weeks later I received a Razer Tartarus v2 for my computer and thought it might work with the keyboard. I plugged it in and sure enough, it worked great! I still haven't quite figured out how to connect the keyboard and mouse, but with the right setup this product will work great! If they decide to make another model of this product I would suggest 3 improvements: 1: Firmware updates for unsupported keyboards, 2: PC app to remap keys and check for these updates 3: A more helpful guide, which lists keyboard support and additional features. (Nintendo Switch supports button remapping, so I've done so far) PC app for remapping keys and checking for said updates 3: A more helpful guide with a list of supported keyboards and additional features. (Nintendo Switch supports button remapping, so I've done that for now) PC app for remapping buttons and checking for said updates 3: A more helpful guide with a list of supported keyboards and additional features.
