I've been using this for less than a week and it consistently flushes all of the oils and conditioner out of my hair when you wash it the next day. Advantages; No need to shampoo Cons: It leaves absolutely no conditioner on your hair and leaves your hair frizzy the next day if you reapply it once the gel dries and breaks down your hair becomes frizzy. Also, I don't think it's good for your hair for long-term use if it constantly washes all your essential oils out of your hair! However, it has a very strong hold and smells nice, unlike other products on the market. I wish I could return it, looks like a waste of $22 for something I don't intend to use in the future. On the other hand, Matte Pomade, a light hold, is much better, a light hold that can be corrected with a little more application.
