Sigh. Hair care best in hair accessories

I had high hopes for these hair products. I mean, how can you screw up these tools? Well, this company did. As I learned how to use each tool, they all cracked, broke or fell apart. None survived. I was even gentle, noticing that they were a little thin. Complete disappointment. I will never recommend this to anyone. I contacted the customer and of course no answer.
