Although I just tried the shirt on and haven't worn it in another day as I'm mainly in Covid PJ is these days it's a quality shirt that you can just wear around the house to test the fit. The material is thicker than expected but comfortable meaning it's not the thin material used in a regular shirt. Fits me well and I like the cut out at the waist as I can wear it loose and it doesn't seem like it wasn't made for it. This is a fitted shirt but if you are fit then simply order the size you would normally choose for any other shirt.
