Review on 🎧 Teenage Engineering M-1 On-Ear Headset: Ideal for OP-Z Synthesizer and Daisy Chain Headphones by Joe Kokenge

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Ideal for a Work From Home office headset - many uses beyond the manufacturer's music devices.

My dogs ate my Platronics headset which I used 8 hours a day while working from home during the COVID period. So I started looking for my "dream headset". I wanted something over the ear with a boom mic and a generic 3.5mm cable. It took me ages to stumble across this, but I'm glad I found it. It turned out to be the PERFECT headset for conferencing. People can hear me clearly in the mic on the boom, and with its shroud I can hear a fan blowing nearby and it doesn't sound like I'm in a wind tunnel. Since all of these calls are made through my cell phone, it's also very convenient to have the answer/end buttons on the headset. The sound quality when playing music is pretty damn amazing too. If you're looking for a lightweight on-ear headset for working from home, you've come to the right place. You'll sound MUCH better with nothing on your head than you would with any Bluetooth headphones or any type of built-in mic on the cord of your running headphones. Firmly connected to your phone with easily accessible, interchangeable 3.5mm cables. I don't own any other Teenage Engineering products, but this headset is perfect for the endless meetings I attend. The price might seem high for my purpose, but good office headsets are often more expensive. more expensive than that and doesn't connect to a cell phone anyway. This is the best headset I've found for conference calls and long phone calls. If you're tired of the crappy $30 "office phone headset" options, this $80 option might just be what you're looking for. it was for me
