Review on E.L.F. Flawless Brightening Concealer, Illuminating & Highlighting Face Makeup, Conceals Dark Under Eye Circles, Light 23 C, 0.07 Fl Oz by George Cochran

THis smoothed onto my skin better than I thought it would. Nor teal noticeable on the patches of discolored skin I put it on, although my lighting in my bathroom is not so great. It is a bit on the thin transparent side, do darker blemishes may need more than one attempt. There were not that many color/shades to choose from, from what I saw, and this one was the closest. It pretty much matches the tone (lightness value) of my skin, but the shade is a bit off. This medium has a yellow/orange cast to it that i do not feel is very natural looking, but again, it blends well enough so that it is not that noticeable. Use it sparingly.
