A healthy foodie friend introduced me to natural deodorant a few years ago and warned me about what chemical antiperspirant additives could do to the body. It took some time to get used to, but both my husband and I are now convinced that we will never return. Second blessing: I haven't had to throw out his brown armpit shirts since my shift!
