I ordered this scale on 12/30/2020 to replace other digital scales that were on the end. It was probably a larger gauge than I needed, but the additional body mass index readings sounded interesting and I thought my teens would enjoy keeping track of their fitness, too. The scale arrived within 24 hours of ordering. When you unpack the scene, there is a sticker on the front of the scene with step-by-step instructions on how to set it up. In short, download the AI app, put in the batteries and get started. The application's interface is quite intuitive. Once you have added a user, enter the scale. It calculates your weight and then analyzes other indicators. My boys are in good shape. The analysis was fairly accurate, although I doubt the BMI conclusion. They are far from overweight but their BMI was slightly inflated. In general, we are very satisfied with the scale.
