My 01 Escape does not have low beam.

I fitted these to my Ford Escape 01 and they only came on when the high beams were on. I wouldn't recommend them unless they include ALL the components needed to work with low and high beams. I would wait to see what part is needed to fix them not turning on as low beam, but my original bulbs also burned out. I don't give stars, but the minimum rating is 1.
