I have read several reviews saying this heatsink is not a perfect match for their PT Cruiser. If you have an early 2002 2.4 liter engine this radiator will fit just right. I didn't have to adjust anything to make it fit. Installing radiators is a bit difficult. I had never done a FWD cooler before so I didn't realize how little clearance the engine bay had in that area. Removing the fan assembly was really the only tricky part and all you have to do is remove the radiator hose, 6 (I think) screws and connector and wiggle around a bit. After that, all that's left is to detach the heatsink from the radiator and condenser and it comes out pretty smooth. The quality of this part seems to be quite high. Haven't had any problems yet but I've had it on my car for a little over a week. It cools better than the original because it doesn't have the curved fins or hole in the plastic tank like the old one. The packaging was solid and served its purpose. It comes with a built in transmission cooler, but I didn't have long enough lines to get there so I left the default. The only bad thought was that one of the mounting tabs was bent when I received it. The box was in perfect condition so I know it came from the factory. I just bent it back with pliers and it worked fine after that. A great radiator for the price. I will update my review if I encounter any issues but so far it has met my expectations.
