Review on Godox S-Type Bracket Bowens Mount Holder for Speedlite Flash: Snoot, Softbox, Beauty Dish, Reflector, Umbrella by Juan Huerta

I have purchased several of these products and highly recommend them. They are mounted directly on the light stand and screwed tight. There is an additional handle at the top to block the flash. Works great and forms a very strong bond. One of the great advantages is the ability to securely mount the flash and point it directly at the modifier (unlike standard flash mounts which offset the flash and form a loose connection). The Bowens mount is great. I haven't had any trouble with anything, right down to the big 60" octaboxes. Side handle for tilting the flash; I found the tilt doesn't work very well (it tends to be very flimsy) but once installed it does , it's a very secure mount. Unfortunately, the umbrella mount isn't perfect. Several people reported that they were broken. Another problem is that the Bowens mount's reflectors don't line up with the umbrella hole. This means you only have one Bowens reflector or an umbrella I like to use a reflector to photograph an umbrella and it's just physically impossible here due to the placement.
