Review on 28mm Rotary Cutter Blade Refills (Set of 1) by Barbara Simmons

Issue with Fiskar circular blades. I had milling cutters 45 mm and smaller. They worked fine for a while and then backed off on their own. A few projects ruined so they left. Must be a quality control issue as there are so many good reviews. I read that others have the same problem. Cutter does not return as more than a month has passed. I bought an Olfa cutter and I really like it. Cuts effortlessly through heavy furniture fabrics. No return problems when cutting. I also find it easier to change blades.
