This is more of a seller rating. Ordered and it came in a broken box, looked like it had been hauled down the street and was missing parts due to the destruction of the box it came in. The box looked like it had been returned 10 times. Bought a second one after starting the return process and it arrived the same. I cannot review the product as I have not yet received a product that has not been destroyed, used or missing parts. I've always had to look for a box to return considering it weighs 130lbs. What is poor quality control? It looks like it's going to be the best weight distribution hitch on the market. Gave 3 stars because it seems like a great device to those who actually buy it new.
