I have some Arkon products. Most of them are of pretty good quality and this article is no different. I am using a dash mounted Arkon mount in one jeep and a floor mounted gooseneck in another jeep. The brackets are the same for Arkon products, so they can be easily swapped out. I bought this particular mount to hold my iPhone 5 when I don't need to use a full iPad while commuting across town. I have an iPad mount that I use for work and long trips. My iPhone 5 is in a Pelican case and this mount holds it perfectly. I've also tested this stand with a Galaxy Note 2 (no case) and the new HTC M8 (no case) and it holds them very well. In general I am very satisfied with the product, I definitely recommend it to my friends.
