So about four years ago I bought a pair of hand fans from Revain that are no longer available. Maybe it's not fair to compare, but for the same price, these fans perform about the same at high frequencies as the old fans did at low frequencies. They don't work as well as the stroller clip on the fan I bought two years ago. They're also louder than all of those older fan models in a number of ways. Manufacturer. They're not entirely useless. They have a good breeze at altitude and hand fan prices seem to be higher now so for the price it's not too bad. Makes my kids happy enough. They're moderately loud, you probably won't. notice outside. wish they could get up on their own. If you're looking for a budget option, then that's fine. If not, I would recommend buying a more expensive defog fan. Although the battery life is not bad yet.
