Instructions say to make a smoothie, then add ¼ cup of this mixture and water or milk. In fact, I like to try simple things first, so I added ¼ cup to the blender with some water. First I have to tell you that when you sniff it in your pocket - it smells like cookies - like a desert - it smells delicious. But when it comes out of the blender, it smells like a protein shake. It tastes like a healthier hot cocoa to me. It appears to be slightly starchy in texture - just a tiny bit. It's not cute - which I LOVE. I'll actually make hot cocoa out of it and see what happens - I think it's going to be amazing. Finally, I added a banana, a handful of kale, and some ice to really make the smoothie.
