3 stars because the customer service was great. The batteries themselves, one didnt work at all and the other charges fully but discharges very quickly when installed in my arlo pro 2 cameras. I emailed the vendor and he sent a replacement battery (recieved it but have not used it just yet) for the one that didnt work. Shipping was surprisingly fast both times and again, the customer service is great. I just wish the batteries lasted at least as long as the original arlo pro 2 batteries did. Recharging and swapping out "new" batteries in awkwardly mounted cameras every week, to maybe 10 days, sucks. The original arlo pro 2 batteries lasted me a month to 3 months (for 2+ years) without recharging, depending on camera settings.
