Requires water to bond, falls off when dry

I thought my 3 month old might like to look at them when he's bathing, although he's still too young to play with them. Unfortunately, they only stick when wet and fall off when dry. So I could wear them every time he takes a bath, but I guess I'll just wait until he's old enough to play with them. I gave him 5 stars because they are cute and I think he will like them when he gets older.
