My 8 year old daughter is SUPER careful about what she walks on her feet. Certain socks only, certain shoes only, based on comfort criteria which is counterintuitive to me, but whatever. I've been trying to convince her not to wear sandals (rather than sneakers) in the summer for a number of years. they stink), she always said that they all felt uncomfortable. Well I ordered them anyway, I figured for $20 if she doesn't like them we'll give them to a friend. Lo and behold after I got her to try them on she loves them! The sole is very soft and the straps don't rub your foot in a weird way or anything. She actually puts them on without me asking! HOORAY!
