The best thing I've ever used, I recommend it to everyone!
Bought for an elementary school student. Interest - games, watching cartoons outside the home and communicating with relatives and friends through the messenger. A parental control program is installed so that the child cannot install games / programs without my permission. Even before the delivery, a shockproof case and a protective glass were bought (the case is strong scratched, since the plastic is cheap, and the children just love to break and scratch the screen, so it's a must have). The choice was very subjective, because I do not like Chinese brands and I am a supporter of the Samsung ecosystem. The child knows Samsung's OneUI shell and it was easy for him to start using his phone. Additional findings: 1) 2 GB of RAM, as it turned out, is quite enough for adequate use of the phone, if you do not overload its RAM with background applications. It has long taught the child to clear the memory of closed and unused applications. 2) The sound is normal. It does not rattle, but it does not give depth (which is obvious), but the speaker sounds loud and this is more than enough for external listening to music (not through headphones). I donβt see any fundamental difference with my Galaxy A50. I need it only for the Internet and calls, very rarely for video. The child has different priorities. For 7k - a wonderful purchase.
- The phone was bought in July for 7000 (Certify). Bought for a child. Accordingly, the review is formed based on the price category of the phone and the purpose of use. Compare with my Galaxy A50. + Good screen. There are no problems with color reproduction and brightness, despite the fact that the screen is TFT, not AMOLED. + Screen size. 6.2 inches is more than enough for a child to watch videos on their phone or play games. The screen resolution is relatively low (1520x720), but subjectively it didn't affect the picture critically. I thought the difference with the A50 would be obvious, but it's not. + Large battery. 3400 mAh is enough for a child to use the phone for a day without recharging outside the home. + Easy-to-navigate OneUI shell is a plus for me personally. + Heading "Children's Ponte". Not really a plus, but still. It is important for a child that he has Samsung, as this brand is well known. Although for the first phone there is no fundamental difference.
- - Lack of fast charging. I consider this a minus, since in our time it is important to be able to quickly charge the phone by a couple of tens of percent. - The camera is similar to the "to be" format, but this is the main and even basic difference from the more expensive devices of the line. If photos are important to you, then you should look at something better, but I note that, as for me, the photos are adequate if you shoot in a lit room or during the day. In the dark, you can not even try.
