If you know your required strength, they are perfect!

Always carry them in your shirt or pants pocket. Convenient and easier than trying to keep up with reading glasses. The readers are efficient, lightweight, and fairly comfortable (although I haven't tried wearing them for a long time). They also seem to be durable. The spring loops are comfortable and prevent the glasses from breaking too easily. I don't have a way to test if they block UV so I don't use them as sunglasses. I have a blue light tester and they don't seem to block blue light (which is fine because they don't claim to be star free). This style is suitable for both men and women.
