It is an easy to integrate and use tool that helps you track your customers movements and get insights from their behavior. Very helpful to keep track of new customers and make sure they are receiving the correct messages at the right time. Nothing much as such, however I would recommend this software to other businesses just as long as they want to understand the customer behavior and need to track customer movements. Tracking customer movement and getting insights from their behavior and understanding their buying habits/patterns. The best thing about this software is that its easy enought even if I am not tech savvy at all! It has helped my business grow by allowing me to target specific customers easier than ever before (I used other similar apps but they were too complicated). There are still some bugs here n there which have been addressed over time so keep an eye out. If your looking into targeting customer base then definitely go ahead as long as u know what ur doing!!
