Truecut Rulers and accompanying Comfort Grip Circular Cutter is the safest "standard" cutting system on the market. I love all rulers - you can see the lines so well and since the cutter is held securely to the edge of the ruler it always cuts accurately and doesn't "jump" around the edge. I know first hand how dangerous a cutter is when they jump over the edge of a ruler. I lost part of the flesh from a finger in an accident like this.
