Good:1. Fits snugly and won't fall out.2. Easy to shape. You can repeat it if you don't succeed the first time.3. Effectively isolates external noise from the earpiece. Bad: 1. In an environment where you need to hear what's going on around you, hearing loss in one ear is disadvantageous.2. uncomfortable to wear. The ear will become painful after long-term use.3. Mutes the sound in my earbuds. If I have to listen to someone who has a bad walkie-talkie mumble, far away or in a noisy place; I probably don't understand what you're talking about. Conclusion: In my current work situation, this earphone is more of a nuisance than a benefit. For the first few days of using this product, I went back to my traditional earbud. This product may be better suited for those living in noisy environments where earplugs are required.
