Polishing is alien to them because you don't have to apply any pressure. Simply place the polishing cup on your teeth and rotate to remove stains. Improper use of the product will not give the desired results. I bought it from another store but after seeing another review I had to give a reason why that person was dissatisfied. Don't let this day. It took months of coffee and wine buildup off my teeth in about 40 seconds.
