I really like this watch. The appearance is clean and inviting. The band is easily adjustable. I especially like that it doesn't go bad when I wear it in the shower. However, I've had the watch for over a week now and it fell off twice when I took off my jacket. Luckily I noticed it both times. I will have to send the watch back. The clasp is too loose. To update. I wrote directly to Sturling explaining my problem with the shutter. The answer came immediately. They sent me a backup group. I've been wearing the watch almost continuously for several weeks now and had absolutely no problems opening the clasp. I appreciate the prompt customer service and am pleased to be able to wear and wear this watch with confidence.
