Escape cursor on computer and accessories

Returned the first one for a new one and this one is the same. As I sit still, the cursor moves all over the screen and I don't have to touch it. I'm not sure if this is a defect or if it's meant to do that, but it's very disturbing and annoying when it moves all over the screen. I'm also sending this one back to see if I can get another one from a different company.
