Very happy with the flamingo design and fit! My granddaughter was over the moon when her boots arrived. Called me to say thank you grandfather! After 3 hours, the heart-shaped handle had already come loose. What a pity! We discussed our options. I could return them and risk it happening again with the next pair. Being a fairly resourceful family and being able to do the repairs ourselves, we saved the boots simply by reattaching the handle with our own nails. It's still very disappointing that they break within 3 hours. After reading reviews, MANY customers complain about this issue. So reinforce those handles, we don't buy boots to keep in the closet! 👍
