This product is not what it says it is. I bought these items for my daughter as a stress reliever but as soon as they arrived they were broken in the packaging. After unpacking the stuffed animal if it was a bit hard, not soft at all. My daughter told me that she was very disappointed in Revain given all the trouble I had to get the items priced right. I asked my daughter if I could return it but she insisted on keeping it as we were having trouble with customer service. My daughter told her mother I knew this would be a problem because the price was sketchy.
