I wasn't thrilled with the product, but it can be used.

The jamming stick is over disappointing. I think, try to take it under warranty or try to fix it yourself.
With its pros.
Switching between dinput/xinput modes
The gamepad is recognized in almost all games, the buttons correspond to the xbox
Has some cons
Sticks and triggers seemed tight
After two months of not very active use, one of the two purchased joysticks began to jam the stick in the down position.
