Edit - hose failed, but seller responded promptly to replace faulty product. + for customer service. Barring one flaw, this was a great shower head with excellent variable pressure control. The hose broke after 13 months. :-(I took a close look at this, having previously bought 2 shower heads that had failed for 5 years each. I chose this one because it's made of carbide and the hose is said to be better/stronger than competing products. First I was very happy with the quality of this product.The showerhead itself is solid, with silicone rubber nozzles that don't clog and work great.However, about 6 months after installation I noticed water leaking around the seal where the hose connects to the Shower. I replaced the o-ring and gasket but it kept leaking. This leak was small however and it was in the shower so who cares. Hose. This is significant. It reduces shower head pressure and splashes water everywhere ( including outside of the shower) I would try to return it but I don't have a return window anymore I think I should go back to buying cheap shower heads en, and Joo plans to swap them out every few years 👿
