So I press the button again at medium speed, but the fan goes off instead. Then I turn it on and leave it on low speed, but after a minute of running on low speed it turns off again. So he goes back to Revain. I will order a completely different one as this one only cools the side of the face. No air at the back of the head. The maximum airflow (everything worked fine on the first day) does not reach the top of the head (forehead area), most of the airflow exits through the last 4 holes at the bottom. What are the other holes for? It also only fits in one direction. Inside and outside. No twist. There's no way to raise the fans closer to the face.
