Review on Six 30 Labs CRM by Djuan Thompson

I like how easy it is to use this system as an admin user or even customer service rep! There are many different ways that you can customize each field so everyone in our organization has their own way of doing things which makes for less confusion when using certain fields/sections at times (such as order tracking). The only thing i dislike about six thirty labs crm would have been if we could add more icons than just one color icon but overall its pretty good! Great product with great support from the team behind it!! We were able solve some issues pertaining to having multiple customers under 1 account number within one transaction without needing extra staff members who specialize specifically into accounting tasks such as reconciliation etc.
