As some of the other reviewers have pointed out, this item is difficult to install. I'm glad they sent 2 screen protectors because the first one was a complete mess. I took precautions and installed the first one in the bathroom with a hot hot shower to reduce dust particles, this thing was still picking up dust particles like crazy when I removed the 1st protective film. I ended up throwing the first one away because it was completely covered in dust and hair. Trial #2: I made the bathroom very steamy, turned off the air conditioning in the house, and stuffed towels under the doors to keep airflow to a minimum. Despite all these precautions, there was a pile of dust stuck under my second screen protector, and I learned that if you try to lift it to get the dust out, it only makes it worse. Right now I'm stuck with a screen protector that has a bunch of dust particles and air bubbles underneath. I'll probably keep the screen protector on because I really like the feel, it's far superior to other matte screen protectors I've installed on my iPad in the last 2-3 years.
