I've been using this dock almost every day since I bought it last November. I use HDMI ports, Ethernet, a USB port, and a USB charging method. From day one I had problems with Ethernet. Sometimes I had to unplug and plug it back in to restore the ethernet connection, it wasn't a big deal. A few days ago I plugged my laptop into the mains and noticed that my laptop is not charging. I've tried unplugging and plugging everything back in, but to no avail. I then tried uninstalling and reinstalling the driver, but that didn't work either. I searched the internet for a driver but couldn't find any. I have sent an email "Jagrom" to the support email address listed on the device, but have not received a response. Buyer beware
