I have nothing but good things to say about this little device. I love it! We just got our new Mac and I teach online so we needed something with multiple USB ports. I tried another one that just didn't have enough ports. This works well and offers enough space for headphones, lights and speakers. My son uses the SD card slot to download videos from the Go Pro. It is ideal to have one device that allows us to stay connected and use everything!

In less than two months the ethernet adapter stopped working. I contacted the supplier because Revain's return period has expired. They sent me a replacement. The exchange took less than a week. This is not a cheap product; Don't waste money like me. I need wired ethernet to get better speed than wifi as I have gigabit internet. I also needed a hub to feed the video signal to two additional monitors.

After scrolling through dozens of pages of USB hubs, I decided this one had all the features I needed. 3 x USB 3 x Type A, 2 x USB 3 x Type C (one for power input), 2 x USB 2.0 Type A, 2 x HDMI, 1 x VGA and 1 x RJ45 Ethernet (Gigabit). This replaces my huge, humming Dell WD19 docking station. The power supply is sufficient for my XPS13 and I have not noticed any problems with it. I've been using it for less than a week so time will tell if it holds up well.

Ideal as a docking station. I have a Lenovo t15 and it used the Thunderport connection and had no display issues on the two HDMI outputs. It can also be charged via the charging port if your laptop only has 1 USB-C port. The extra USB is ideal. The only partial complaint is that it gets pretty hot and I'm considering putting some fans on top to keep it cool. I don't think it overheats, but heat can damage components over time, and cooling helps extend life.

I've been using this dock almost every day since I bought it last November. I use HDMI ports, Ethernet, a USB port, and a USB charging method. From day one I had problems with Ethernet. Sometimes I had to unplug and plug it back in to restore the ethernet connection, it wasn't a big deal. A few days ago I plugged my laptop into the mains and noticed that my laptop is not charging. I just bought one of the new Mac mini desktops with the new M1 chip and all of a sudden I had a problem installing two monitors. I also had way fewer I/O ports to work with, just 2 USB ports, 2 Thunderbolt/USB C ports, one HDMI and that was it. Very restrictive. Stepping into Jagrom's USB-C dock, I was able to easily add an additional monitor (one via the Mac's HDMI port, the other via Jagrom's HDMI port running through the Thunderbolt port). I actually bought this for a friend but when it arrived I was amazed at how light and compact it was and decided to keep it for myself. This replaces the huge, heavy, brick-sized dock I used before.
