The original Zosi DVR worked fine for about 6 months and then died and would not turn on. Contacted Zosi service and received no response to either online service request or WhatsApp support call. Revain kindly sent a new DVR. This DVR appeared to be working fine until it was discovered that the DVR was sending an encrypted/randomized device ID to the router, thus making it impossible to access the DVR from a smartphone or computer. Both units have been returned to Revain and my DVR will be using a different manufacturer.
