The tool has been very easy to use from start to finish - it's intuitive and simple! I have not found anything that could be improved upon at this point. We've had a great experience with Intenta so far, but we're always looking for ways to improve our customer service process. We are currently using Intenda to automate emails sent out via HubSpot CRM when there is an update or change made within one of my accounts. This allows us to maintain complete visibility into all of our account information without having to check multiple tools throughout the day/week.
