Great solutions provider who listens carefully

The platform allows us to reach our target audience at any point during their decision-making process. We can customize messages for different segments of users. It's easy to create ads that are relevant to each segment so we don't have to spend as much money advertising with other platforms or networks. There isn't anything I dislike about this service. Our team spends most of its days in meetings planning campaigns and managing budgets. They can now focus more time thinking creatively about…

  • Easy setup
  • Good support from UX group when needed.
  • Customizable features make it useful even if there is an unforeseen event such canceling campaign due bad reviews, etc..No problem!!I'm sure will get some creative ideas here!:) :)
  • Allows me not only send paid media but also non payed influencer outreach

Intenta has been a great tool for automating our customer service process!

The tool has been very easy to use from start to finish - it's intuitive and simple! I have not found anything that could be improved upon at this point. We've had a great experience with Intenta so far, but we're always looking for ways to improve our customer service process. We are currently using Intenda to automate emails sent out via HubSpot CRM when there is an update or change made within one of my accounts. This allows us to maintain complete visibility into all of our account…

Great solution, intuitive and easy in use

I love that it works with all our marketing channels to deliver messages at just about any point during their journey through each channel - whether they are looking for information or engaging more deeply within one particular experience (eCommerce/In Store). The interface can be difficult if you're not used to using multiple platforms simultaneously but this could easily improve over time as we continue developing features across other parts of intenda's platform like social media management…

  • Full stack integration is simple from dev side, too easy..you will learn very quickly how powerful & flexible everything becomes :)
