The Arca nameplate was not processed correctly. Cannot be attached to the tripod.
I like the grip. It's comfortable and works very well with my Canon 6D Mk II, even with heavy lenses, battery pack and flash. However, the Arca nameplate is not handled properly. Due to this manufacturing defect, it cannot be mounted on a tripod. See my attached photo. This shows that the groove in this bracket is too close to the bottom of the panel to fit. The plate simply pops out when the tripod is fully tightened. I would give this 5 stars if the arca plate worked. Also, the seller is not responding. I have contacted them twice and have not heard from them.
