Cheap plastic, no maintenance if broken!

The bracket on my tripod broke when my hand lightly touched the top. Light contact wasn't even enough to tip the tripod over, but the top of the mount broke off and won't stick. I asked the seller WEIYUDANG how to replace the bracket and I was willing to pay for the replacement. (I've had it for 4 months.) But after two weeks I hear nothing from them except dead silence.
