It was easy to set up. Apply glue to the wall where you want, then attach the cart and let it stand securely before weighing it down. I've been able to put large bottles of shampoo and shower gel in it and it holds up well. Taking a shower makes it a lot easier to get what I need and more organized than having it laid out on a shelf/bench in my shower.
