Uncomfortable for people with short legs
I took measurements before buying and they all match my measurements. It was 2 cm too long for my leg. Used once and it hurt. But I've found that using pillows to raise the leg is better than a wedge. If you're buying a knee wedge after replacement surgery, get one big enough for both legs.
