Promising research! Best in Sports Nutrition

From what I've read about phosphatidic acid it sounds promising. It helps the body increase protein synthesis and helps build muscle mass. Time will tell, but I enjoy striving for better growth. Cons: I highly recommend gorging on protein before drinking as it requires 8 caps per serving. Also, it's not clear if they should be taken all at once or separately.
