My first clay purchase. I've wanted to work with polymer clay to make cute pendants and such for a year. It was so frustrating waiting for that bad boy to come in the mail just because I wanted him ASAP haha. He came a day early, so it's fun. But as for the sound itself (note, I'm not a sound expert, this is my first time working with it), in my opinion: not the best choice for beginners. Clay gets very, VERY too soft very quickly, making it incredibly difficult to work with. It gets so soft it's thin you can't add any detail (unless you want your fingerprint to be the main detail ((I know every sound will fingerprint, I'm just saying, it is absolutely inevitable and very easy to do))) if you want to dilute the sound? Forget it. Too sticky and it just rips apart at the edges, it doesn't literally stick to your fingers or whatever you roll it with. So using it as the main/only tone is a bad idea in my opinion. It's too soft, too fast.
